Intelligent Infrastructure from the Future – New Website for Lillyneir

Lillyneir’s previous online presence did not reflect the company’s true professional standing: it lacked strategy and visual consistency, while managing multiple languages also presented a challenge. The goal, therefore, was not simply to create a more attractive website. The intelligent transport infrastructure (ITS) company is expanding in the Middle East, where decisions are made at government level and are driven by trust and professional prestige – not by clicking an “Request a quote” button. In this segment, the role of the website is not immediate conversion, but supporting indirect sales: ensuring that when a decision-maker comes across Lillyneir, they see a credible and visionary technology partner.

Understanding the technology and operations – a strategic shift in focus

One of the most important points of the project was when we consciously shifted the focus of the strategy workshop. Instead of focusing on understanding the market – as would be the case with an average project – the meeting focused on gaining a deeper understanding of the client’s technology and project operations, so that we could present them on the website in a compelling and structured way. The company’s technical director and co-owner also participated in the workshop, helping us translate complex technical processes into something that could be communicated clearly and understandably.

We adapted our approach to the client’s busy, strategically minded working style, using structured, concise summaries and weekly status meetings. We also took the multi-stakeholder approval process into account when planning the project timeline.

Presenting complex technology clearly to international decision-makers

International decision-makers and professional partners often have very little time, so the website needed to build trust quickly, demonstrate the company’s professional standing, and make it clear what problems it can solve.

That is why the interface is clean, consistent, and easy to follow. A unified visual language brings together photographs and videos from different sources, while the services are presented in a structured, easy-to-follow sequence. The service blocks alternate between starting from the left and the right side, keeping longer content dynamic while helping visitors follow the logic of the page more easily.

Complex topics are not presented to the reader all at once. In the interactive 2×2 information blocks, only one topic opens at a time: visitors can choose which solution they are interested in, while the overall page remains easy to navigate. Short, slow-motion background videos help show the technology in action without distracting attention from the main message.

The company’s size and experience are presented through easy-to-scan cards in the “About / By the numbers” section, allowing key figures to be absorbed at a glance.

The design is therefore not a visual element for its own sake, but a tool that supports business development: it helps the right partner quickly understand Lillyneir’s value and confidently initiate contact.

For the copywriting, we chose a confident yet practical tone suited to an international B2B audience. Rather than presenting complex engineering expertise as technical jargon, we communicated it through business outcomes: for example, how traffic safety can be improved, how energy consumption can be reduced, or when an investment can pay off.

A fast first impression: the express one-pager

While the full website was being developed, we also needed a quick landing page for an upcoming event. Based on the concept and copy provided by Meraki Marketing Kft., we created the Framer-based one-pager within a short deadline. This meant that Lillyneir already had a professional digital presence they could confidently use before the full website was delivered.

A four-language, independently manageable platform

When building the full website, we also had to accommodate the different requirements of four languages – Hungarian, English, Arabic, and Chinese. The Arabic version requires a right-to-left interface and a different character set, so the language versions were not created simply as translations, but as systems adapted to the appropriate reading and usage logic.

The website is WordPress-based, allowing the Lillyneir team to manage dynamic content without developer assistance: they can upload or update blog posts, career opportunities, and case studies. Thanks to the administration training, the interface has become a tool for everyday communication rather than a difficult-to-maintain, static company presentation.

3D animations – making the technology visible

Consultant István Papp articulated one of the biggest challenges precisely during the very first meeting:

“I’ll be honest with you. When you say transport informatics, for most people it sounds like something mystical, utopian… so it would be really great to have videos or animations on the website, so that we’re not just showing static images.”

Although 3D animation is not part of our service offering, we were able to address this need within the existing collaboration by involving an external specialist. We managed the entire process, from storyboard coordination to embedding the finished materials into the website, so Lillyneir did not have to find a new partner or coordinate the production separately. The five animations, each approximately half a minute long, make processes tangible that a static image would not be able to explain. The finished materials were also uploaded to YouTube and embedded directly into the website, helping visitors understand the technology. In the words of Balázs, the project manager: the animations are “little pieces of the website’s soul.”

Where we started – where we arrived

New version

The new website has become a credible, international, multilingual platform that finally reflects the company’s true professional level. It is not an “end in itself” online presence, but an effective business development and consulting tool – the team can update the content independently, while the complex technology is presented in an understandable and visually compelling way.

“I’ll be completely honest with you. Throughout my professional career, I’ve worked with a few teams who supported our communications in one way or another, but you guys are absolute professionals. This presentation is very well thought-out, very clear, and in every respect, I think it reflects the expectations as well as what we want to achieve.”

Brand assets

The new visual identity evokes the world of modern tech companies while retaining engineering precision. The dark navy-blue foundation conveys reliability, while the neon elements communicate innovation. The visual elements are consistent, and the 3D animations bring the interface truly to life – they are not decorative elements, but the most effective communication tools for presenting complex engineering processes.

Structured professional presentation, clear navigation

Thanks to the logical structure of the website, visitors can easily find the information that is relevant to them. Complex technological solutions (V2X, Digital Twin, Tunnel Management, Automated Enforcement) are presented in a structured and visually engaging way, allowing international decision-makers to immediately understand the value Lillyneir provides.

Efficient operation, without the need for a developer

The new CMS system allows the Lillyneir team to update the blog, case studies, and career pages without developer assistance. Thanks to the ongoing maintenance package (updates, backups, hosting/domain), the company does not have to deal with technical maintenance – the website remains up to date and secure at all times.

We developed the website as a fully responsive system, ensuring that all content is displayed perfectly on mobile devices, tablets, and desktop computers.

Summary

Lillyneir’s new website is not just a modern online platform, but a strategic tool that supports the company’s international expansion and positions it as a visionary technology partner. However, the true measure of the collaboration is not the completed website – but the fact that the engagement expanded step by step. Our client was so satisfied with the work that after the website project, they also decided to continue working with us on their digitalisation assessment. Strategy → Express one-pager → Full multilingual website → 5-piece 3D animation framework agreement → Digitalisation assessment A single website project became a multi-faceted, ongoing client relationship.
