The previous website of TFSE (University of Physical Education Sports Club) no longer met the club's expectations. The interface had become outdated, content management was cumbersome, and the site's architecture made it impossible for the club to communicate quickly and efficiently with its members, coaches, and athletes. The goal was to create a modern website that is technically robust yet simple to use. We wanted the TFSE team to manage news, results, events, and broadcasts independently—without needing developer assistance.

The project kicked off with a workshop where we analyzed the club's current information flow and identified the tasks they wanted to migrate to the new system. During these discussions, a clear direction emerged: a modular, WordPress-based system tailored to the club’s complex operations.
One of the primary requirements was to allow different departments to edit their own pages. We solved this with a custom CMS architecture, enabling each department to manage its own content, events, and results from dedicated subpages.
The biggest challenge was keeping the system transparent and user-friendly despite the wide range of requested features.
Throughout development, we held weekly meetings to keep the club updated on every step. TFSE took an active role in brainstorming, while we turned those ideas into technically stable, working solutions.
The result is a website that is fast, modern, and easy to manage. The first feedback said it all: "Kickass." – that was the client's reaction upon delivery.

The previous site struggled to handle large amounts of information and lacked the flexibility for the club to communicate effectively with athletes and followers. In contrast, the new system is logical, fast, and scalable. The club now uploads news, events, and results themselves, making the website a core part of their daily operations.

In developing the visual identity, sporty momentum and simplicity were the guiding principles. The goal was for the site to look modern while reflecting the club's dynamics and community spirit. The typography and color palette complement the functional structure, resulting in an interface that is both energetic and easy to navigate.

The new TFSE website isn't just a facelift; it’s a complete operational overhaul. Editing is faster, information is better organized, and the interface works flawlessly on all devices. The new system ensures the club stays up-to-date—whether during training, competitions, or live broadcasts.

The WordPress-based system allows the club’s team to handle content autonomously. Uploading news, events, or results now takes minutes instead of days. This isn't just more convenient; it’s cost-effective. TFSE is now truly in control of its online communication without requiring developer intervention.

The TFSE website renewal was a true team effort. We created a complex yet manageable system that adapts to the club’s diverse operations. The result is a modern, stable, and practical website that finally keeps pace with TFSE's athletic momentum.
